Connect Barry to Microsoft Teams
The crew and the office will talk to Barry in Teams — site photos, voice notes and job questions turned into job logs, a morning brief and invoice drafts.

What is a Microsoft Teams Barry integration?
Barry will connect to your Microsoft Teams account and proactively complete work from it. Crew leads will send updates, site photos and voice notes in Teams, and Barry will log them to the right job, post the morning brief, answer where any job stands, and put invoice drafts in front of you for approval.
Barry won't just answer questions in Microsoft Teams. It will be your AI employee — an AI operations assistant that takes what your crew already sends in Microsoft Teams and turns it into finished work in the tools you run.
Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier, as soon as the Microsoft Teams connection ships and you connect:
- Barry learns your business on its own from the texts, photos and voice memos your crew already sends in Microsoft Teams.
- You create systems and automations that update themselves — the schedule, the daily log, the invoice — from normal crew conversation.
- Barry connects Microsoft Teams to all the other tools you use, so an update in Microsoft Teams lands in your job software, calendar and books.
- Barry asks for approval before anything sensitive runs — sending to a customer, paying, changing a price.
What can you ask Barry to do in Microsoft Teams?
Once the Microsoft Teams connection is live, text one of these to Barry in Microsoft Teams and it sets the system up across your connected tools:
Every morning at seven, post a brief in our Teams operations channel with today's jobs, quotes waiting and overdue invoices.
When a crew lead posts site photos in Teams, file them to that job and add a line to the daily log.
When someone sends a voice note in Teams about extra work, write it up as a change order draft and hold it for my approval.
When anyone in the office asks in Teams where a job stands, answer from the latest crew updates, photos and the schedule.

Barry works across all of these today — Microsoft Teams will be one connection of many.
Questions owners ask
When will the Microsoft Teams integration be available?
There's no date yet, and we'd rather not promise one before the connection is ready to use. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first in when it ships. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Outlook is already a live Barry connection, so you can start with your inbox and calendar today.
Which Teams channels will Barry work in?
Only the ones you add it to. A simple setup will be an operations channel for the morning brief and a billing channel for invoice approvals, plus a per-job channel when a big project needs its own thread. Remove Barry from a channel and it will stop posting there.
Does the field crew have to use Teams?
No. Barry already works in WhatsApp, iMessage/text, Telegram and Slack, so the crew can keep texting from whatever they use now while the office stays in Teams. Barry will sit in both and keep the two sides telling the same story.
