What is a SharePoint Barry integration?
Barry will connect to your SharePoint account and proactively complete work in it. Crew photos, daily forms and documents will land in the right site and project library, tagged with your columns and filed to your standard folder structure, and job lists will stay current from what the crew texts in. Permissions will stay exactly as you set them.
Barry won't just answer questions about SharePoint. It will be your AI employee — an AI operations assistant that does the office work inside SharePoint for you, on a schedule you set once.
Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier, as soon as the SharePoint connection ships and you connect:
- Barry learns your business on its own — your customers, jobs, crew and how you use SharePoint.
- You create systems and automations that update themselves when the schedule, the quote or the crew changes.
- Barry connects SharePoint to all the other tools you use, so one text updates every one of them.
- Barry asks for approval before anything sensitive runs — sending, paying, changing a price.
What can you ask Barry to do in SharePoint?
Once the SharePoint connection is live, text one of these to Barry and it sets the system up in SharePoint:
When a new job is booked, set up its project folder in our SharePoint document library from our standard folder structure and send me the link.
Every evening, file the photos and forms the crew sent today into that job's SharePoint library and fill in the job and date columns.
Keep the active jobs list on our SharePoint site updated from the crew's daily updates and flag anything that has slipped.
When a revised drawing or quote comes in, upload it to the right SharePoint library as a new version so the old one stays in the history.

Barry works across all of these today — SharePoint will be one connection of many.
Questions owners ask
When will the SharePoint integration be available?
There's no date yet, and we'd rather not promise one before the connection is ready to use. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first in when it ships. In the meantime, Barry already works with the rest of your stack, from Outlook and QuickBooks Online to the texts your crew sends.
Do I have to change how our SharePoint is set up?
No. Your sites, libraries, folder structure and columns will stay the way you built them. Barry will be another set of hands inside SharePoint, filing into the structure you already have and following your naming.
Who controls what Barry can see in SharePoint?
You do. Barry will only reach the sites and libraries you give it access to, under the permissions you set in SharePoint, and you can take that access back at any time. It will tell you what it filed, and anything it can't match to a job will come back to you as a question.
