Do I have to stop using OneDrive?
No. OneDrive will stay where your files live, in the folders you and your office already use. Barry will be another set of hands inside the account you already have, filing new documents and keeping each job's folder tidy.
Will Barry move files without asking?
Barry will file new documents into the folders you set up and tell you what moved, so you always have a record. Anything it can't match to a job will come back to you as a question rather than a guess, and you can have it confirm every move while you build trust.
