Connect Barry to Procore
Daily logs, change orders, RFIs and the punch list will stay current in Procore from crew texts — drafted for your approval, filed to the right project.

What is a Procore Barry integration?
Barry will connect to your Procore account and proactively complete work in it. Daily logs will get written from what the crew texts in, site photos will land on the right project, change orders and RFIs will be drafted and tracked for your approval, and the punch list will close out from the field instead of from an office clipboard.
Barry won't just answer questions about Procore. It will be your AI employee — an AI operations assistant that does the office work inside Procore for you, on a schedule you set once.
Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier, as soon as the Procore connection ships and you connect:
- Barry learns your business on its own — your customers, jobs, crew and how you use Procore.
- You create systems and automations that update themselves when the schedule, the quote or the crew changes.
- Barry connects Procore to all the other tools you use, so one text updates every one of them.
- Barry asks for approval before anything sensitive runs — sending, paying, changing a price.
What can you ask Barry to do in Procore?
Once the Procore connection is live, text one of these to Barry and it sets the system up in Procore:
Every evening, write the daily log for each active Procore project from what the crew texted today and leave it for me to review.
When the crew reports extra work on site, draft the change order in Procore with the photos and flag it for me to price.
When a site photo comes in, file it to the right Procore project and tag it with the location the crew mentioned.
Each Monday, list every open RFI and punch list item in Procore that has waited more than a week and who it's waiting on.

Barry works across all of these today — Procore will be one connection of many.
Questions owners ask
When will the Procore integration be available?
There's no date yet, and we'd rather not promise one before the connection is ready to use. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first in when it ships. In the meantime, Barry already works with the rest of your stack, from QuickBooks Online and Google Drive to the texts your crew sends.
Do I have to stop using Procore?
No. Procore will stay the system of record for your projects — drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs and the punch list live where your team and your GC already look. Barry will work as another set of hands inside the account you already pay for, writing up what the field sends in and keeping the records current.
Will Barry send a change order or an RFI without me?
No. Anything that goes to a customer, a GC or a sub — a change order, an RFI, a response — will be drafted and held for your approval. You read it, edit it and send it, and Barry records it on the project. Office work like filing photos or writing the daily log will run on its own, and Barry will tell you what it did.
