Connect Barry to OneNote
Your OneNote notebooks will stay current from the field — SOPs, site notes, customer notes and checklists updated from what the crew texts in.

What is an OneNote Barry integration?
Barry will connect to your OneNote account and proactively complete work in it. Site notes will be added to each job's page from the crew's daily texts, customer pages will pick up every visit, checklists will stay current, and your SOP sections will answer the crew's how-do-I questions, with gaps flagged for you.
Barry won't just answer questions about OneNote. It will be your AI employee — an AI operations assistant that does the office work inside OneNote for you, on a schedule you set once.
Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier, as soon as the OneNote connection ships and you connect:
- Barry learns your business on its own — your customers, jobs, crew and how you use OneNote.
- You create systems and automations that update themselves when the schedule, the quote or the crew changes.
- Barry connects OneNote to all the other tools you use, so one text updates every one of them.
- Barry asks for approval before anything sensitive runs — sending, paying, changing a price.
What can you ask Barry to do in OneNote?
Once the OneNote connection is live, text one of these to Barry and it sets the system up in OneNote:
When a crew lead texts the end-of-day update, add it to that job's page in our OneNote site notebook with the date and photos.
After every service visit, add the notes and photos to that customer's page in OneNote so the next tech knows the history.
If someone on the crew asks how we do something, answer from the SOP section in OneNote and tell me if nothing covers it.
Every Monday, check the job checklists in OneNote against what the crew reported and tell me which items are still open.

Barry works across all of these today — OneNote will be one connection of many.
Questions owners ask
When will the OneNote integration be available?
There's no date yet, and we'd rather not promise one before the connection is ready to use. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first in when it ships. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Outlook is already a live Barry connection, so you can start with your inbox and calendar while OneNote is on the way.
Will I have to reorganize my notebooks?
No. Barry will work in the notebooks, sections and pages you already have — a site notebook, an SOP section, a page per customer — using the layout you built. Point it at the notebooks that matter and it will read and update them the way a new office hire would.
Will Barry change OneNote pages without me seeing it?
Barry will add site notes and checklist updates from what the crew sends and tell you what changed. Anything that reads like a decision or goes to a customer, such as a price on a job page or a note in a shared notebook, will be drafted and wait for your approval.
